the Mesocyclones -- Released pitcher Victor Zambrano. Activated pitcher Latroy Hawkins off the disabled list.
the Russets -- Placed outfielder Reggie Sanders on the disabled list.
the Shiznits -- Activated 3rd baseman Chipper Jones
Tuck's Friars -- Declared pitcher Kyle Davies ineligible (sent to Richmond). Signed pitcher Dustin Hermanson of the Boston Red Sox.
