the Runnin' Gunnins -- Placed pitcher Eric Bedard on the disabled list. Signed pitcher Chien Dong Wang of the New York Yankees.
The Shiznits -- Activated 1st baseman Jim Thome. Placed catcher Javier Lopez and pitcher Mike Hampton on the disabled list. Released 1st baseman Justin Morneau.
